My boy friend is from Tunisia . He is illegal in US almost 6 years. I am interested to know what ID do I have to send with my PR application ... I read they wants passport and ID . He has Tunisian passport and also US driver licenses. Do I have to send both?

unless it is specified in his country specific guide for tunsia, the only id an applicant needs to include is a copy of the bio page of their passport.

The only one needed, as others have said, is the passport, it may still ask about a national ID but most countries ( that I know of) don't issue one so he just needs his passport. I'd suggest that he reads his country specific guide, it explains much of this as well as other things. It's a lot of pages but it's very helpful.
