I received my ITA on 25th June. Have worked in the same company for more than 3 years. My I got my reference letter in november,2014 so will attach payslips, tax forms, salary certificate with the reference letter. Anybody has any idea how much time it takes to get PCC from UAE if you are in india? I have already sent the documents to Dubai Police more than 2 weeks back. :'(

I got ETA without having LMIA. Do I still need LMIA when submitting documents? I have open PWGPP and been working in my field for almost 2 years. Can I just submit my offer of employment without LMIA? Please help. Thanks.

If you got an ITA without claiming those additional 600 points that accrue to LMIA holders, you can certainly apply without needing the LMIA.

I am Provincial Nominee and my total score is now over 1000 and probably I will get ITA soon. I have the following questions:

1. when submitting my file to province, I only included part of my travels as paper line space is enough and my trip is too much. What am I supposed to submit to EE system? Copying the same of my submission to province or include every trip in my passport? I don't know if province and EE share information or not. If they do, they will notice some discrepancy...

2. my wife is now pregnant and the doctor asked us not to have x-ray. what shall we do? Send EE a note, asking for a medical check postpone until our baby is born? I guess this will put our application on hold then?

They ask you for full travel history last 10 years, so you should include every trip from your passport. You may attach explanation latter which explains why there's some mismatch between provincial docs and EE application

You have 60 days to complete and submit application, in theory you may include explanation letter why your wife can't pass medicine atm. But I'd suggest declining an invitation and waiting for baby to born and then submitting an application. Otherwise you'll need to update your application and it may delay the whole process.
