Hi Experts,

I received my ITA on June 12th draw and in the process of collecting all my documents.
I have one qs - in my current organization I am working, I have both domestic and international work experience including Canada. Hence while describing the work history, I have created multiple work roles for each tenure. Now after generating the CIC checklist, it is asking for experience certificate for each tenure. Problem is since the assignments are from the same employer, I can only get a single experience certificate covering all these roles (both international and domestic).

Should this single letter be then uploaded for each work experience fields with related documents (paystubs, work permit, etc)?
Since I have claimed points for Canadian Experience, should this single letter covering Canadian experience also would suffice? I have all my paystubs, T4, work permit, offer letter for proof of employment.

Please advice..!!..

If you can't get it broken into 2 different letters, upload individual LOEs explaining the situation along with relevant supporting documentation for both these roles.

All the best!

Thanks Asivad Anac for such a prompt reply!

So the LOE basically should be a self declaration letter ..correct?
And I can then attach it with the single experience letter and other supporting documents. Also, based on your experience and judgement, have you seen cases such as this been accepted by CIC? Just want to find some comfort in doing this. :)

Yes.

LOE is an opportunity provided by the system to explain your particular situation in absentia. It is used quite often by applicants and has varying results depending largely on the nature of discrepancy being explained by the applicant. In your case, it shouldn't be a concern area.

All the best!

No. Just a bank statement showing average balance for the past 6 months.

Purpose

To confirm whether the applicant meets the low income cut-off (LICO), as assessed by amount of money they hold compared to the number of people in their family

Document requirements

The applicant should provide official letter(s) from financial institution(s) which list all current bank and investment accounts, as well as outstanding debts such as credit cards and loans. The letter(s) must be printed on the letterhead of the financial institution and must include applicant’s name, the contact information of the financial institution (address, telephone number and e-mail address), the account numbers, dates of when each account was opened and the current balance of each account as well as the average balance in the past six months. Other documents may also be requested, as necessary.

Individuals who must submit this documentation

The principal applicant

Re: ITAs received in June 2015

Hello,

I need some help with Address History.

I used my brothers address in my Driving License and some official purpose (he is a canadian citizen)
but I used to live in a different temporary address (had a lease for 1 year)

What should I do? Can I use the same time and post both my permanent and temporary address?

Your help would be greatly appreciated!

I got my ITA on 12 June. I found out you get your personalized document checklist after you've completed all the sections of your application, they'll be a continue and it bring up all the documents you are required to upload.

Good luck!

Hi Asivad Anac,

Do you have any particular format for this LOE?

No. It is just a letter explaining your particular situation and is addressed to no one in particular or a generic "to whomever it may concern".

Hi Michael,

You need to go to CIC website and type police certificates, then you choose Italy. It will tell you how to get one. Or you type Italy police certificate on Google, something must surely come out.

Sorry I can't post you a link because I am not on my PC.

Hi Ibyt,

Thanks for information.

In addition I would like to attach the link, which could be practical for other members who encounters the same question.
