ITA's received in Dec 2016 - POST ITA

hi Guys,
Lot of OINP guys have received ITA's in dec 2016, and are already on 90 days down-count!
lets focus our discussion to POST ITA to landing here.

ITA on 16th dec Draw.

Can someone post what happens when we accept the invite, and what is the list of documents needed to proceed.
what if I accept, but later my PCC cannot be done in this timeline ?
