It’s roughly every 2 weeks, so 14th and 28th or close to those dates

I expected a draw today since November 14th is Veteran's day. Guess it will be a 3 week draw this time

Aren't you getting the dates mixed up? I thought today was veteran's day, and people should expect a draw on the 14th

11th is veterans day but the statutory holiday for all federal agencies in Canada was today, the 12th.

Doubt it. A draw after 2.5 weeks will probably mean a cutoff score of at least 450

Going by the past trend draws have been coming every 10-15 days on Mondays/Wednesdays, hence thought so..
