ITA without 1 year work experience??????

Hi Seniors,

My friend has one question:

If he gets an ITA without completing 1 year of work experience and he doesn’t have experience letter at the moment either, so should he accept that ITA and submit the experience docs later when he completes his work experience?? because I think after receiving ITA we have 60 days to submit the docs. So can he gather the rest of the work exp. and submit the docs before 30 days of expiry of ITA.?? Or he has to prove that on the day of receiving ITA he has the required 1 year work experience. Pls help…?!!?

If IRCC gave you points for 1 year exp when you were at 10-11 months of exp, you get 60 days to get the remaining work exp. Apply with work reference letter that shows 1 year exp once you reach the 1 year mark before your ITA expires. Don't decline the ITA.

Search the forum, there are many cases like yours. I see many have received their ITAs.
