Hi I need help on this,

I made a mistake and did not upload the translation attached to the police certificate I obtained.

I have my application cancelled due to this, this is really embarrassing and a little harsh.

I have the translation already and I want to send it.

What is the best way to communicate with CIC, on what Email ? which Number ?

What are the odds ?

My case is:

I received an approval from OINP and then ITA from CIC so I went so far with this.

Any help is highly appreciated,

Thanks

You dropped the ball on this. There's no point in contacting IRCC. You'll have to create another profile and start over. Contact OINP so they can associate the nomination with your new profile. Wait for next draw.

But I filed a case enquiry and attached the document.

Is it that strict?

I have to get lots of papers again that is if they send another ITA

When did you do it?

Why? What makes you think that? Did your IELTS and ECA expire? Other than those, if your reference letters and bank statements are dated within the last 6 months, you can use the same documents.

I mean I have to wait for OINP to resend the nomination and then another ITA

Would it be normal?
And then

I have 2 questions:

  1. anyone knows how to describe upwork.com experience to CIC ? I have proof of funds from them but I also need to know how to express the work done there and make it valid for them
  2. If I am applying to Ontario after receiving nomination, given that I have two relatives in Canada, one in Quebec ( Citizen ) and the other is in Ontario ( Permanent Resident ). Which one should I include in the application ? the resident or the Citizen in another state ?
