Hi guys, question. I had a student Visa to canada in 2005 and work visa in 2008. Do you think I mention the both or only the last one because was in the last 10 years?

Question on work history. I have worked with 2 employers in the last 10 years. During this period, i have held 5 different job positions in 3 different countries. All belongs to same NOC.

Should I add these 8 split ups individually in work history or just one for each employer with the latest role will do?

Should I write down my travel history in a proper order? Like starting 2008 then 2009 etc
because I have: may 2014, June 2013, September 15. as it shows in my passport and visas

Guys, when we are putting down dates for our residential addresses and for our travel history, does it matter if we don't know exact dates?

I'm really paranoid about filling these forms out.....

Congratulations everyone! After being a silent spectator for a little over 3 months, I got my ITA yesterday and created my ID today.
Have a Q on medicals. Is it OK if medicals for the applicant and spouse occur in US and that for minor kids in India?
i thought medicals for kids are not required..

I have no choice though. I have to get it done in the US. Does anyone know if there's a wait time to get an appointment in Cincinnati?
A person i know is getting it done from Vancover. He is from seattle so just a 3 hour drive

Unless the residential address is in a different country it should not matter much.
Try to be as accurate as possible. Your PCC from home country should cover all the areas of that country so donot worry much.

One thing that i saw is that they donot even allow a single unaccounted day, i had to extend some stays by 15 - 20 days for the form to validate.

Starting from current all the way back.
So yes 2014 -> 2013 -> 2010....

Help ? Anyone ?

Regarding PoF, i am getting conflicting information regarding Mutual Funds.
Should i liquidate them ? All of them are open ended.

if not what do i need to attach to show their value ?

Thanks parth115. I've spent basically the entire day getting all of my residential address history dates for past ten years (about 10 changes) and travel history dates (about 20 travels). Think I've done a pretty good job on the dates.

One other question I had. My bank statement/POF letter has my first name and last name, but it does not include my middle name. But in the 'personal details' section of my application I'm obviously including my middle name since it is on my passport. Could this potentially be an issue? I believe there was a question 'have you ever gone by any other names' in the personal details section, should I say yes to that question and add my name without my middle name? If that makes sense...

No thats not an issue.
Unless you have legally changed your name.

Not having a middle name in some documents is fine as long as you have your first and last name matching with passport.
The details in your passport are the source of truth, everything should match with that.
