what is average processing time after eAOR?

I have to organize everything from scratch too but aiming to file everything within one month!

I too donot have anything in place but have means to get it done in 30 - 45 days.

For medicals, should i just go ahead and schedule it or wait till i have other documents in place.
A friend who has got ITA said that its better to wait for medicals till very end because its valid for 6 months from the date you take the exam.

Do you have some link supporting this ? My wife already has a medical which is less than 12 months old.
