It looks fine.
Please see this link http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/tools/perm/express/intake-complete.asp

The following documents are mandatory for each work experience declared:

a reference or experience letter from the employer, which
should be an official document printed on company letterhead (must include the applicant’s name, the company’s contact information [address, telephone number and email address], and the name, title and signature of the immediate supervisor or personnel officer at the company),
should indicate all positions held while employed at the company and must include the following details: job title, duties and responsibilities, job status (if current job), dates worked for the company, number of work hours per week and annual salary plus benefits; and
if the applicant is self-employed, articles of incorporation or other evidence of business ownership, evidence of self-employment income and documentation from third-party individuals indicating the service provided along with payment details (self-declared main duties or affidavits are not acceptable proof of self-employed work experience).
If the work experience is in Canada, proof may include copies of T4 tax information slips and notices of assessment issued by the Canada Revenue Agency (the time period for these documents should reflect the work experience timeframe [e.g., work experience from 2006 to 2008 requires only documents from those calendar years]).

Hi - this is better than the first draft, I like the details you have added about the products and customers.

Just wanted to point out that the first listed duty for NOC 1225 is:

"Purchase general and specialized equipment, materials, land or access rights, or business services for use or for further processing by their establishment" -

So you might want to think about including something that says you are responsible for purchasing.

You want to make sure the VO has no doubts that your NOC is 1225, and not 1524 (sorry for the typo the first time).
http://noc.esdc.gc.ca/English/noc/QuickSearch.aspx?val=1&val1=1524&ver=16&val65=1524

But your letter looks pretty good.

Thank you so much Jes your suggestion is really important!
I will change my letter again and send it to you.

Also do I need to attach any other document except experience letter for my 1 yr 2 months Canadian work experience.
I see T4A is optional but I prefer not to attach it as the total income listed on T4a would be less than expected (a month salary less approximately).
I would rather prefer attaching some pay stubs instead, would that be fine? please let me know.

You have already indicated to me that the letter's details are incorrect. Better to get the letter corrected and include the T4s.

Also, why do you have T4As instead of T4s?

Hi Jes,

yes you are correct it is t4 not t4a sorry my bad!
But do you think it is ok for me to include the correct start date in LOE and experience letter and explain that I mistakenly put the appointment date as my start date.

It is better to get the letter corrected. But if that is literally impossible, then a LOE is your next-best option.
