ITA received should i Decline or wait till this month end ? please help

Hi,
I received my ITA from Last draw (jan 4th)
My two years of canadian work exp completes only from this month end (jan 25th)
however, the system considers as if i have 2 year of work exp and awarded me the points .so, should i wait till month end and apply or decline ITA ?

CRS points with two years of exp -472 (officially from Jan 26th )
CRS with 1 yr of exp - 459
