Iam on the verge of submitting my docs online as i got my ITA...........do I have to pay just CAD 550 now or do I have to pay all the fees at once.....if only CAD550 is needed now then when should I pay the right to PPR fees.

You do not have to pay all the fees at the time you submit your application. The processing fee of CAD $550 is ok for now. You can pay the RPRF CAD$ 490 fees later on, or CIC will request for it when needed.
