Guys, how many days do we have to accept/decline an ITA?

They say Your invitation is valid for 60 days from the date of this message. But then again You must submit a complete application before 01/16/2017 12:00AM UTC time if you want to apply for permanent residence.
So they don't give us any time to consider if accept or decline it, right?

Received the ITA on 16th Nov in my CIC account.

I have this question: Do we also get the "Document Checklist" in our account as well?
I could not find any instructions regarding the documents in my account.

You have 60 days to consider that. You can either Accept or Decline the ITA before these 60 days. If you do not take any action before that, your profile will be disqualified, and you will have to create a new Express Entry profile to get back into the pool.

But are those days (to consider if accept or decline) subtracted from 60 days given to submit all the documents?

Congratulations to all those who got ITA @ 470. We at 465 hope it falls further.

Good Luck.

No....16th Jan is the last day for you to take the decision. If you are able to gather all the documents for getting PR, then you can accept the ITA before that date. Otherwise, if you think that 60 days is not sufficient to gather all required documents, you can decline the ITA before 16th Jan. In either case you have to take the decision before that date. If you decline the ITA, you will be back into the pool with the same EE profile and might get selected in the subsequent draws.

So you say, I can decide till the 16th of January whether I accept it or not, right? And then, after accepting, I have additional 60 days to submit all the documents?

Or do we have 60 days in total to decide whether accept or not AND submit all the documents?
