Got provincial nomination from Ontario in order to get enough points ;D

I think you should contact the Filipino embassy, they will tell you how to get it.

I stayed in the Philippines for 3 years when I was 17 years old to 19 years old..

Are you currently in Alberta? If yes .. go to Philippine consulate in Calgary, ... and there's one in BC .. too

I have a question. In my wife's passport, there is no last name (column is blank). The given name is her full name (first name+last name). Although I have never had problems in visa, work permit, SIN and drivers licence, I am wondering would it be a problem for PR. Got ITA today and I am the principal applicant. Any advice will be appreciated. Thanks

I was checking the requirements and at the CIC Website they say we don't need to send the background check for Canada, I am not currently living in Canada but I have lived there for almost 3 years so in this Case should I send the Canadian Background check with my application?

Does anybody have this answer ?

No PCC is needed from Canada to submit your application. They might ask for it afterwards once they are processing everything.

So no, do not get a Canadian PCC
