Hi,
Please help ! Feeling complicated

Received ITA but has some issue with reference letter from employers.

Worked in Company 1 from June 2021 - February 2022 - Then applied for one year Leave of absence till February 2023 - So 9 months Canadian Experience

Started working in Company 2 from September 2021- February 2022 - Then Took LOA due to some personal reasons.

Now resumed working for company 2 from October 2022-Present - Kept this experience in the profile for remaining 3 months as it is the active job.

Now Both employers are giving reference letters as Start date - Present.

Even though I am on LOA company 1 is giving reference letter as Start date - Present.

So, What should I be doing now?
I can't change NOC and Company details as I got ITA.

Even If I want to change I dont know if I will join Company 1 or resign after completing one year LOA.

Please read and help me with this.

Thanks,
Mark.

Is it possible for you to get company 1 to mention the LOA on the reference letter?

Yeah I tried that, I specifically requested to give me letter for the duration for which I worked full time. But I think they have a format and they followed that.

Do you think it would be a problem if there is no end date on the reference letter? Or is it something I can manage with an explanation in LOE?
