Ita received but gc key account hacked

Hey all

I have received ita on dec 22.
Now i am unable to access my gc key profile.
I tried everythin regarding reset password but nothing is working.
I am suspended for 24 hrs everytime i do that.

What can be done????????
I have my ita in that account.

Any help will be greatly appreciated

Isn't there a function to "retreive GC Key?"

I forgot my password once, and I had to submit a form to CIC and then they mail me the new GCKey. (yes, postal mail via Canada Post)
