Hi Group members,

Below are my time lines, can you please suggest if I am good to accept ITA received on 17th Apr 2021.

1. Entered into Canada on 17th April 2020 (Friday - Evening)
2. Started to work from 20th April 2020 (Monday) on Canada Payroll - 40Hours/week
3. Submitted Express Entry profile on 15th April 2021(Thursday) - Considering ((51 * 30) = 5130 + (4*8 for this week ) = 32). If adding both it comes 1562 (we can consider only 1560 hours) - I have not completed whole 1 Calendar Year.
4. Got ITA today 17th April 2021 (Saying that application submitted before 16th April 2021 at 12:00AM)

Can you please suggest if I am good to accept ITA or should I decline and wait for next draw.

Appreciate your response.

Sorry for misunderstanding, I created profile on 15th April 2021
if you complete your 1 year on 15 April 2021 and right away submit your application right away on 15 April 2021, with the experience time from 17 April 2020 to 15 April 2021 (=1560 hours) and get the ITA on 17 April 2021 with the score higher than the round score. Then you are eligible and can accept the ITA and start your application.

I think the min 12 months may be controversial but you can ask legalfalcon for more advise

Hi,
I don't know if it's your normal way to communicate/tone voice but isn't it a bit harsh and rude ?. would be great if you can show people how friendly you are since you already tried to help. Thanks.

Seems to me that you have completed your 52 weeks. It's literally 52 weeks of work, since you worked 40 hours per week, you only need to count that you have worked for 52 weeks which would take you up to Friday, April 16th.

The second point to note is that it takes 4 days to work 30 hours (Monday to Thursday) when you work in a 40 hour work week. So you are safe to continue your application and submit.
