Why do you need bank statements from India, how long have you been in Canada?

2months(In Canada). May be 3 months when I submit my application. But CIC is asking last 6months financial profile.

What I did was to add in a field and selected "employment" as the activity. Then in the next blank where you can give job titles I typed "Unemployed / Looking for Job". For employer then typed "Not applicable'.
Thanks your answer is very much satisfied and i appreciate your help.

Did you have money when ou enter Canada on WP 2 months ago? Show the proof and write a cover letter explaining the situation.

Guys sorry for hijacking the topic but just curious to know if they have sent you guys background declaration form in PDF or its an online form where you guys would put and save information.

If you fall under CEC category, it was not in the checklist. Aser. CIC use the excising checklist for especific category. I think proof of funds are only applicable for FSW.

I guess if you are working in Canada, you do not have to show funds as per guidelines. However, your financial profile has to be submitted.

Similar situation here!
I am paying a housing loan does that thing show up as a liability on me in the proof of funds? Can one just show other bank accounts and not disclose the loan pending?
I have'nt received the ITA yet, I'm just curious.

cic says only if you have arranged employment you don't have to show Proof of funds in their website. Arranged employment requires LMIA.

Right, very much applicable to jobs that are supported by LMIA.

I received ITA and I am just wondering How do I show the bank transactions I did in India. What I can produce is online statement because I am already in Canada.

Should that work fine?
Did you apply through express entry?
