Bro, my father is prepared to provide me with $20000 for me to show these as my POF.
As you mentioned in your comments, that i need to get a declaration that this money is not a lone but a gift from my father.

Can you please give me some guidance about the general outline of this declaration document as i am expecting to receive an ITA by next draw.

It is a simple signed self-declaration 'to whoever it may concern' from your father that states that this particular transaction (mention all transaction details including bank account details, amount, date, wire transfer reference number etc) is meant to be a gift not a loan hence need not be returned at any point in time. The letter must be dated close to post ITA submission and after funds transfer date.
