Hello,
I received the ITA in 14th draw.
I have $12,000 in my account (Here in Canada + in India). Some has been gifted by my father (you told me that would work)
I have an important question:
I recently received a post graduate work permit after having finished Masters from U of A in Edmonton.
To pay for my education, there is a loan of $40,000 pending on my name in a bank in India.
CIC states that apart from POF, you should also disclose any credits or loans outstanding on your name.
Since I am fulfilling their condition of $12,000 POF and all other components of my application are in order, can having $40,000 loan pending on my name result in my application being refused, despite the fact that I am showing $12,000 POF?
Thanks in advance!!!
