Hi,

I have received ITA(CRS:426) on April and I am in the process of preparing the documents. I have 2 below questions and can you please clarify them.

1. Since my birthday fall on 04th May, My CRS gets reduced. Is it impacting my ITA received.
2. I have been in Canada for years and do I need to submit PCC for Canada.

2. I have been in Canada for years and do I need to submit PCC for Canada. Usually they request if they need a PCC from someone who is currently in Canada.

Approximate time for medical passing is around 90 days. Keep waiting and stay positive. You are not alone in this waiting stugle. It will come when it comes, no need to stess about it. :D

i am checking the forum page for people who applied in November and December , some of them got the medical passed between two weeks to one month

But i think you are right , after this huge amount of ITA issued , it should be around 90 days for medical

My problem , that i am in pause period in my life right now , i can't quit my job , i can't have children , i can't do anything until the PR

thank you for your support thought ;)

https://myimmitracker.com/ check here, there are people who get medical passed between 6-16 days. Ot all depends on the visa office I think.
You can have changes all you want just you have to inform them ;) But I know what you mean. When it comes to children if the pregnecy occurs the baby will be born way after PR. The total process for PR now is 3-4 months, 6 months at the most, so a baby still has time to show up ;)

Thank you very much , I enjoyed watching the tracker and calculating times and days for others ;D ;D ;D

I have some questions : why on the profile it is showing that they are reviewing our eligibility? does this changes once we pass medicals ? or does it stay like this until the final decision ?

after receiving the e-APR AOR is there a chance to be rejected and they will refund the money ? or did we already pass this stage?

what is the visa office? if i have a nomination from Ontario , does this means that my visa office is Ontario ? or it is only related to the country i am in ? ( Abu dhabi office in my case? )

Hello everyone,

I have a question regarding work experience. I have work experience in Canada from March 2016 to February 2017. Will it be counted as 1 year experience or it should be until March 2017? Please advice! Thanks

As my Understanding, March to March is a year. Not to February

1) They are reviewing eligibility as per documents you uploaded. Sometimes people claim to have masters because in their country they do, but in Canada it is not Master's, it should not change until final decision.
2) rejection is always possible and yes they will return the money
3)The visa office would more likely be the country of your residnce as you have to go to the visa office/embasy to stamp you passport after receiving PR confirmation

It depends on the dates. If you started MArch1st 2016 and finished February 28th 2017 then it's a year. Otherwise, it will be 11 months and something something days.

That's correct. Although, portal only accepts Month & year so it may calculate it as year, even if you are falling short by few days. Someone mentioned on a WhatsApp group that he faced issue with OINP I guess, where his experience was short by just 1 day.
