Yes but you're being confusing now. As long as you have a year of continuous work experience (assuming you're a FSW candidate) then you can claim points for any skilled work experience even if the NOC is different.
If you're talking about foreign work experience the maximum points you can get is for 3 years of work experience, anything above that won't grant any more CRS points.
If you're taking about Canadian work experience then anything after 5 years won't grant any CRS points.
If you're talking about FSW eligibility then anything above 6 years won't grant points in the selection factors.
Hi DelPiero07, I have a quick question...
I received ITA on 1st March. I have 11 years of experience in 3 companies in same NOC Code and have valid job offer for next 1 year,
2 years - 1st company [have Offer Letter, Experience letter, 1 month paystub, Reference letter from my manager with roles & resp]
2 years - 2nd company [have Offer Letter, Experience letter, Reference letter from my manager with roles & resp, T4]
7 years - current company [Offer Letter, Extension Letter, Paystubs, Letter of Employment, T4 and tax return ]
(1) Are the documents I have enough OR do I need to get any other document?
(2) For the Job offer, my HR states Company policy that they can extend my offer for 1 year at a time. I can get next extension only 5 months before offer expiry. Should I specify that in LOE? What proofs do I need to attach in order to support.
I'm working in Canada since Mar 2016,
initial offer Mar 2016 - Apr 2017
Offer Extended - Apr 2017 - Apr 2018
