Hi all,

I am claiming points for more than 3 years of experience in a particular job category.
But, in my express entry profile as well as e-APR form i have included all my other work experiences ,for which i am NOT claiming any points. Now i have continued to document upload section and it asks for reference letter for all jobs.(Refernce letter 1,2 ,3 4).
SHOULD I ONLYMENTION THE JOBS FOR WHICH I AM CLAIMING POINTS IN MY WORK HISTORY.......

Should i "update information" and put the job which i am not claiming points in personal history section. Can i do it?, then there will be mismatch between my EE profile information and e-APR form....
My husband does not have any canadian work experience, but has included all jobs in work history, for that too there is attach reference letter 1.2,3...in upload documents section....

I am totally confused.Please help

If i update information, will the documents upload section get updated automatically?
In my EE profile i have mentioned all jobs in work history....will that be a problem...

It will be updated automatically.

It won't be an issue as long as your CRS remains above the cutoff score and if you're a FSW applicant your eligibility remains the same (above 67 points).

I am the primary applicant and i have total 5 years of experience in same Noc code(PRIMARY OCCUPATION), but i am claiming points only for 3 years, because experience within past 10 years will be taken into account for point calculation.
Should i include the work experience before 10 years ( even if same Noc code) in personal history only.
WILL POINTS BE AWARDED FOR JOBS OTHER THAN PRIMARY OCCUPATION?

Kindly Advice.

Yes but you're being confusing now. As long as you have a year of continuous work experience (assuming you're a FSW candidate) then you can claim points for any skilled work experience even if the NOC is different.

If you're talking about foreign work experience the maximum points you can get is for 3 years of work experience, anything above that won't grant any more CRS points.

If you're taking about Canadian work experience then anything after 5 years won't grant any CRS points.

If you're talking about FSW eligibility then anything above 6 years won't grant points in the selection factors.

Yes....
that is what i understood from DelPiero07 and i did the same.

That is correct if you are a CEC applicant.

For FSW you also have to be careful when removing jobs as it could affect your eligibility (67 out of 100 points)

Thank you, I think it shouldn't affect my score, because those are jobs I never mentioned (NOC C and D). All NOC 0,A and B I leave in work history and will upload necessary docs.
