Hey guys just uploading my documents now. And have 2 questions
1) my job offer says permenant employee does not mention non seasonal or full time will this be in an issue?
2) what is letter of employent? And how does it differ to offer if employent ?

Hi,
If your offer letter states "Permanent" it is fine.
Offer letter is the offer for the job. Letter of employment is an "employment verification" letter.
This letter can be procured from the HR which states you are permanent employee, your designation, salary, location etc. It would be on companies letter head with HR signature and seal.
You will have to request your HR based on pretense that you are applying for a home/vehicle loan.

I got an ITA but before submitting my application for PR; I have question regarding my IELTS results. I took my IELTS result on 08th March 2014 and its getting expire on 8th March 2016. My profile is valid till Aug 2016. I would like to know would submitting my PR application with this IELTS result would be fine.

Secondly, if someone retakes IELTS, and if their old IELTS is still valid. Does the new IELTS supersedes the old one or he/she can still claim points for the old result if its valid.
