ITA - leaving no gaps for travel/address/work history

Hi everyone,

I got my ITA and am trying to send in the basics however I'm a bit worried about the dates.
If I worked a job that started April 1st and ended April 30th, do I put 04/2016-04 2016? or will that be rejected?
If I put 04/2016-05/2016 would that be wrong or overlap with the next activity? Similarly, if I worked at one place from may 1-may 23 then another place from may 24-june 24, how best do I record that?


also, for work history, one of my jobs I have a lettter from the employer and my T4 slips. will that be sufficient proof?
because otherwise, I only have 2-3 pay stubs out of 9 and they are unable to give me copies of the rest.

I believe, you can create multiple entries in the work history if you are claiming points for it in CRS.

Just make sure, current system takes the month and year but not dates. So you have to calculate yourself that you completed your 1 year of Canadian experience.

Finally in the letter of explanation (LOE) you can detail about it.

or overlap with the next activity? Overlapping is OK as long as it is truthful.

05/2016-05/2016, and 05/2016-06/2016. Again, overlapping is OK.

also, for work history, one of my jobs I have a lettter from the employer and my T4 slips. will that be sufficient proof? Yes, esp. if the work ended before 2016. If it continued into 2016, it's good (not mandatory) to include the last/most recent paystub along with the T4.
