I just git my ITA and I'm in Canada on a visitors visa and I was also planning on starting school in September. How do I apply for my permanent residence? Do I go back to my home country or can I apply from the US as I also have a visit s permit there as well. My main concern is it's expensive to go back to Africa and then come back in September for School. I appreciate all your responses.
