Hi All,
I recently Received my ITA under FSW category. I am employed as mechanical engineer for the past 3 year in Canada. While filling out the form after the ITA in the section" Intended to Work In Canada"
I had answered as follow.

Does xxxxx have a job offer in Canada?
yes
Is this job offer for full-time non-seasonal and permanent work?
Yes
Four digit NOC code
2132_mechanical Engineer


Information about the employer or company
How many employers made this job offer?If your job offer is in a skilled trade, up to two employers can make an offer for at least one year of continuous full-time work (at least 30 hours total per week).

Information about the Labour Market Impact Assessment
Was a positive Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) issued for the job offer in Canada?
No
Is xxx currently working in Canada?
Yes
Does xxx have a valid work permit for the current job in Canada?
Yes
Is xxx job offer from the employer named on the current work permit?
No

Was a positive Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) issued for the current work permit?

after the submission it ask me to provide an offer letter from the employer which wants to hire me..... there is another document upload section for my current employer where i am working... what document should i upload in these two sections???

You need to answer NO for Does xxx have a job offer in Canada? This will remove the upload for job offer. Only LMIA based job is considered as 'job offer'.

You can only state Yes for LMIA related jobs as that fetches you additional 600 points. Should this not be the case you need to mark NO and upload the job reference letter from your employer explaining your job duties in the document upload section.

The answer to is job offer on current work permit should have been Yes

Im in the exact same situation as you. Going to request my company for a letter to say that I will be employed once I receive my PR (conditional offer). This will be uploaded in job offer section. My current employment letter will be uploaded in current employer section.

No this has not given me any 600 extra point I had answered the same question while filling out the express entry form initially, my present score is 461 only. It does not say valid Job offer IMHO it says "Job offer" and then it asks you if you have LMIA or not where I answered already that I don't have LMIA, BTW I am on open work permit.

You probably did not receive the 600 points because you answered no for the LMIA. But as someone stated earlier, unless your employer got an LMIA for you then you must answer NO for the very first question (Do you have a job offer in Canada).

Dear seniors,

For personal history we still have to attach schedule a background form or we have to fill the online form

And if online form we have to fill doest it require time in dd/mm/year or mm/year

As schedule a form just require time in mm/year

I answered No as I am on open work permit and employed since last 3 year as Mechanical engineer in a full-time role.

open work permits do not have your NOC code on them. Because you answered Yes to 'job offer' it asks for the NOC code on your WP. If you look up CIC's definition of 'job offer', you will see that it is a job based on a LMIA. You won't be penalised for answering the questions the way you did, but you will have to provide xtra information now, such as job offer letter.
