Any other Tech Draw candidates still stuck at eligibility check in progress? What the hell kind of check are they even doing when Ontario already cleared eligibility by approving the PNP??? Help Message gets no replies. Thinking of bothering them constantly by phoning them up starting tonight. How are you all planning to take action on your own delays? Goddamn it even some Indian Government processes are more transparent than theirs.

Hi all, we finally submitted our application on Nov 30th. Still no update is shown on my application RE Eligibility etc. and UCI still starts with CAN. Our lawyer wasn't quite happy to submit our Iranian PCC, he was saying as per the IRCC instructions, the Iran Police Certificate should be entitled “Certificate of no criminal record”. It should be issued in Farsi first and then translated, however, we applied through the Embassy in Australia and got the PCC that was issued in English through Interpol in Tehran. This is the only version we can get! So fingers crossed they don't find it problematic because we can't go back to Iran to obtain the Farsi version.... Stressful!

Hi
It usually takes at the very least two weeks for IRCC to do a completeness check. That's when you will get your actual UCI and be able to make a tracker. 4 days isn't all that long, for now you just have to wait. I wouldn't know anything about the PCC but I guess if you got it thru the embassy then it should be fine? fingers crossed.

Hi friend
Sometimes the tracker wont even show that eligibility has started. This happened to my friend, her Eligibility was on "not started" to "completed" all of the sudden.
Often times Eligibility get completed alongside BGC. I know it's frustrating believe me, I've been waiting for the first email to come thru for a week now. Everything is completed for me, I have FD on my GCkey and COPR number o tracker, still no email. We just have to be patient. I'm sure you will see progress soon on your profile.

No don't worry about it. you're right on track. My friend who I mentioned above for guyfiery had to wait 3 weeks for her UCI to update. It slows down sometimes. But there is absoloutely nothing to worry about :)

I am inland applicant with dependent who is inland as well, I already have previous biometrics and my dependent also has biometrics and our biometrics information got updated on profile today however I have received a request letter to resubmit the biometrics. Is this normal? should I just pay and get the Biometrics instructions letter again?

Got it!

"If you apply for permanent residence on or after June 14, 2023
You need to give your biometrics, even if you gave them in the last 10 years. As of June 14, 2023, we’re resuming biometrics collection for all permanent residence applicants."

for a friend the final email took 2 weeks after the FD. It was PPR for her. So I guess it's just how the process timelines are.
