I have a few questions:

1) After we answer all those questions they ask about our work and personal history and all that stuff, then they will generate the document checklist based on how we answer the questions?

2) Is it better to do the medical after we submit everything or before? Or do we do the medical when they ask us to do it?

May i know which degree/diploma you are currently doing in alberta? N when its going to complete?
For sure, Im doing Masters in Dentistry
My major is Data-science and AI in oral health

I did my medical a day before I got ITA :D because it could take a while for the Dr. To submit and you know me, I’m always worried

Isn't she a dentist ? She's promised a free dental checkup for OINP peeps. I will mostly do all my checkups before I travel to Canada but I am going to keep that offer in mind when I need it.
You are always welcome at whatever clinic I work at, and all the comrades from the NOI forum

Guys
One of the clinics I used to work for back home has a website (no email :/)
And one has neither, they both have multiple phone numbers on their original letterheads.
That wont be a problem though?
Any thoughts on this?

This shouldn't be a problem. You can add an email for the responsible in the body of the letter if you can get them to include that.
I’ve already got all the letters and had them translated, I wont be able to get another letter from them, should I add an Loe?

Okay. So when you did the medical, did the doctor give you a IMM 1017B form to submit?
Yep they gave me an e.medical information sheet, with my photo, IME number and UMI number.

I believe now you need an upfront medical (they don't ask you after the fact anymore) and upfront means you need to have it done before you submit your application and include the results form with your documents you submit.

And yes to your 1st question as I asked the forum this as well :D
