I am in Canada on ICT work permit since 3.5 years and my work permit is going to expired in May 2017. I am full time employee of my company.

I got 50 point due to the new rule change in Nov 2016 . but my concern is I am eligible to get this 50 point? because my company will not provide any letter to me which state the below point

A job offer now only needs to be for a minimum of one year from the time you become a permanent resident.

can someone please help me here.

CRS score : 474

If you do not have a valid job offer you cannot claim those 50 points.

You will be required to provide a letter stating the bolded part that you included as well as other requirements.

My understanding is this point is only applicable for those who are on contract position.

For full time employee it is not applicable. I think no company will provide such latter to their employee who are in Canada on ICT work permit

I can only wish you good luck then.
