ITA - Error - Uploading documents

Hi all! I received my ITA last week, and I wanted to start uploading documents. However, I always get the error message:

"Error: We couldn't upload your file.

• Error Description: You have specified an incorrect file format for your attachment. Retry with another format. The following file formats are allowed: DOC; JPG; PDF; PNG; and TIFF.

I tried several of my PDF documents but nothing could be uploaded. They're not even big files. One is 153KB only. I tried different browsers - Chrome, IE, and Opera - but to no avail. Also, everytime I "continue" to see my checklist, it generates a "generic" checklist without the details on which PCCs or employment documents should I upload. I always have to "Exit Questionnaire", cancel Exit, then go back to the checklist again. At first, I thought I just have to assume which PCCs should I upload but it can get confusing because I lived and worked in at least 6 countries (but not more than 6 months or more in a row due to frequent travelling) so I wouldn't know which country PCCs are required if not indicated in the checklist.

Has anyone else experienced this? Would be grateful for your insights and support. Is there a proper naming convention of files, or required browser?

This is an annoying bug they won't fix. The placeholder names for the documents dissappear after uploading one or two docs. Best thing to do is take a screenshot the first time you login so that you know what to upload where.

Log out and login couple of times. It's a bug
