My husband and I just received our ITA (yay!) on Friday and are now starting to fill out our application. It seems to say everywhere that you should have a document checklist that tells you what you'll need to submit, but I'm not seeing a checklist anywhere. Anyone have any idea where I can find this? Or do I not see the checklist until we've completed the application?

you should keep filling the required information in the forms given by the
system itself.Once you finished it,again system creates the checklist of its own.good luck

Hi Stanlee,

Needed some advice .. for evidencing Proof of Relationship (with my sister who is a canadian citizen) would her canadian passport copy + name change certificate (issued by Ontario authority and states her old and new names post marriage) + marriage certificate (states her old name + fathers name) + utility (phone) bill suffice?

In your eAPR, if you declare any Canadian relatives (either for you or spouse), you need to provide the following documents
1. Proof of Relationship - Any documents that proves the relationship. For example, documents showing common parents etc.
2. Proof of Status - Proof of legal status of your Canadian relative. Examples include PR Card, Canadian passport, citizenship document etc.
3. Proof of Residence - Proof to show that the Canadian relative has been in Canada in the last 6 months. Examples include lease agreement, utility bills not older than 6 months when you submit etc.

Thanks Stanlee for the super quick reply. Appreciate it. :) Some follow on queries -

1. How do i give you a +1? Cant see any button etc. to do that? Is it due to my newbie status?
2. I have removed some of my spouse's foreign work experience into the personal history section. This does not affect my CRS score and i have explained in the LoE about our 'inability' to get reference letters. The problem is, the section for uploading LoE seems to have disappeared after i deleted the work experiences. Tried logging back into the application but the problem persists!! Help!!

For the LOE to reappear, try using Chrome browser, if the issue persists, you can make individual LOEs and attach with relevant documents in the relevant sections.
