ITA deadline so close & ECA or PCC in Process

Hello,

I am in this terrible situation right now. I received an ITA and my PCC for FBI (USA) will take 90 days whereas I have only 60 days to submit documents. I am applying for PCC right away but have no idea what to do if it does not come on time.

An explanation letter detailing your situation is the only way to go. Raise a CSE once you get the FBI PCC.
