ITA Date and Language Test Validity Date

Hi,

I have very simple question, I got ITA on 22nd Dec 2916 and my language test is valid till 16 Jan 2017.
If I accept invitation now and submit my application after 16 Jan 2017, will test result will valid?

No. You have to submit your eAPR before Jan 16th.

As PCC take at least one month so can I submit eAPR partially and I will submit PCC later once I received it.

I don't think that option is on the table... They will refuse your application being incomplete.. Unless theres a reason why the PCC wasn't included in the eAPR. Now, if the reason is that IELTS were expiring, that might not fly

No, you cannot, your application will be deemed incomplete and rejected. You will have to submit a complete application which includes PCC as well.
