Got my ITA on July 10th. When is the latest I can give my medicals? My AOR deadline is September 9th and I was planning to give my medical sometime in August 2nd week. Will this be too late?

No it's not.
However, a good practice is to submit for the medicals as close to your AOR as possible. Because you'd have a year from your medicals date to land...if your application is approved.
