you should not have declined it now you had 60 days to decline

Congrats to all... I have received an ITA today.

So, could you guide on next steps in terms of below:

1. Is Medical Exam required now or later? For Medical exam, can we get this from anywhere or only from Home country/
2. Police Certificate is applied from a passport office? ( Anyone from India/)
3. Any important info if you can share... that we should keep in mind while filling this application...

It is required now. There are panel doctors/clinic you have to go to get the medicals done. See the link: http://www.cic.gc.ca/pp-md/pp-list.aspx and select your country of current residence.

Correct.
