Is everyone able to get such kind of employment letters? In big MNCs and especially if you have already left that job, you get a standardised format where HR contact details etc are mentioned, its on a company letterhead and it indicates joining date and last date of employment followed by reason for leaving the job.

Getting a letter which has description of all roles performed in a company especially in an ex-company is very difficult. I can submit pay slips, offer letter and official employment letter. Will that not suffice?

Agree with you. Though such letter will not suffice. CIC are interested in your job description to match it with the chosen NOC. Why don't you get a notarized affidavit from a colleague/ boss?

I applied for FSW in 2014 but my file was returned back as the cap was reached. While filling up the EE profile, I wrote YES to the question, if I applied before for immigration. Should I also mentioned it again or just ignore it?

I have experienced the same situation. I said yes and attached a letter of explanation. You may also scan the letter you got in your LOE.

You have to combine all your education documents in a single pdf file and attach it. Don't forget adding ECA report.

Presently I am on implied status, and I got ITA this friday, I will be submitting my application in coming weeks. However, I also qualify for SINP employment offer sub category and I have all the needed documents. Can I go ahead and submit SINP application, the main reason for me to do this is to get a nomination in coming months and possibly apply for Work permit. So my question is can I apply apply for both simultaneously, will it be a problem for me? and also, lets say I get nomination and on the basis, I apply for WP; in later stages of EE, can I withdraw my SINP application?

I am not sure that this is allowed. You may contact SINP and ask this question.

I have got an ITA under Ontario nomination. My national id card is NOT in English or French. Do I need to get it translated into English, and THEN certify under oath? I could not find such information on the Express Entry website.

In addition, is there any information sheet regarding the documents required to be uploaded in the Application? I could not find any.

Is the ECA report required? or attached as a extra thing. Cos the help icon clearly states only degree certificate.

Question regarding police certificates,

There is a final line in the explanation part of the police certificates under document checklist page saying that "We will tell you if you need a police certificate for Canada."

What does this line means? Should we wait for further instruction or get the finger print in one of the agency here in canada?

I have a question regarding PoF:
I have 3 accounts in different banks, say X, Y, and Z.
I got a new bank account opened 2 months ago for the purpose of PoF (Bank Z) . I transferred all the money from my existing 2 accounts (banks X and Y) to this account.
I want to know if I need to show letters from the other 2 banks(X and Y) in addition to the letter from bank Z, OR just a letter from bank Z and account statements from banks X and Y showing the transfer of money?

I received the ITA on 27 Nov. But after reading the forums, I realized that my husband and I would need to request work certificates again for all our work experiences. We are currently residing in Singapore and most of our work experiences are from Phil. This can eat out a lot of time in producing the necessary documents. Add to it the upcoming Christmas season where offices will be closed.

Understand from the CIC website that we can reject the ITA and be put back to the pool but my provincial nomination ends on Mar 2016. Not having the guarantee of being chosen again from the pool, before my provincial nomination ends, make us have second thoughts of rejecting the ITA. My points is 885.

Hope you can give advice to help us come up with a decision.

With 885 points you will be selected in every draw until Feb when new PNP nominations start to come out. You need not decline the invite right away, you can start getting the documents, even if you get them by the 55th day you will still have 5 more days to apply. If not you can reject the ITA just before it expires so that you will go back into the pool and can get an ITA in the next draw.

Will there be a way for me to get a list of the requirements even before I receive the ITA? Coz my sponsor wants to know what are the documents she would need to provide since she also will be travelling during the Christmas season? and if spouses are also required to provide job certs? bec if that will be the case, we can make the more appropriate move as my husband's cert are also mostly from Phil.
