ITA 12th April Queries- Please help

Hi Everyone

I just got my ITA on 12th and currently preparing for arranging my documents. I have a couple of questions which I hope to find answers of here.

1.First question is regarding PCC. I am originally from Jalandhar and am currently working and staying in Gurgaon. Unfortunately I dont have any solid proof of residence in Gurgaon. I might get difficult for me to get my PCC from here. I was hoping if I could get my PCC from my hometown(my Permanent Address in Profile) rather than my current location. Would that be fine? or would that create an issue? I appreciate any help I could get.

2. How do I convince my current employer to give me my Experience Letter,without having them knowing that I am applying for some country's PR? Couldn't I just show my current joining/appraisal letter? Your ideas are welcome.

3. I have a car Loan that still has 4 years left in maturity. How do I deal with this while showing my settlement funds? Do i need to factor in the Loan amount and show net worth of 12k in CAD.

One follow-up question.

Wouldn't they figure out that I have a Loan on my name by my details?

Also do Tax saving FDs count as Proof of Funds? I have a couple tax saving ones and some Tax saving bonds.
Also can I borrow money from my mother as "Gift Deed"(with legal affidavit)and create FDs? I might need to borrow if the Tax saving FDs are not accepted.

FDs count as proof of funds not sure what tax saving FDs are. Gift deed from your mother will work too.

1. My father's name has got surname in my degree---whereas other than that it is no where mentioned in any doc, not even on PP---is this an issue? Do I need to make an affividavt--notary attested??

2. My passport is left with only 3 blank pages, is there anything to worry?

Please confirm.

Man how did I miss this post about my beer?

FDs count as proof of funds not sure what tax saving FDs are. Gift deed from your mother will work too.

Do FD certificates work as POF or do I need to get Balance Certificate from Bank. I visited my Nationalized Bank and their system that generates BCs isn't working(Classic Indian Banks). Can I simply provide copies of FDs in my name?
