IT Undergrad to MS Project Management

Have an undergrad in IT Mgmt. I did a PGWP in computer related program. Im thinking of doing an MS in Project Mgmt. Will my story make sense to the visa officer?

There are many occupations that need both IT and PM skills

Securing overall 6 in IELTS I have applied at Laison College for Under Graduation and have been accepted, now I need to know is this College good for undergraduation? Will I get visa to study there? How much an ambassador evaluates this College? Once I am allowed to study will I get the permission to job part time?
