IT returns and CA certificate for study permit

If i get educational loan for my total years of study in Canada, do i still need to show bank balance, IT returns and CA certificate?

My consultant told me to arrange these documents after i am getting loan also. Is it necessary?

And even consultant telling me to get GIC for applying under General Category?

no other documents r mandatory other than the one's on ur visa checklist. being said that if u add other documents its definitely going to help u get the visa so choice is urs . so if u want to improve ur chances then u should add as many supporting documents as possible.

Thanks for you reply sir. I have total 6 years gap after getting my degree in which i have experience for 4.5 years. Last 2 years i don't have proper experience and can not submit IT returns also. Will this affect my visa chances??
