I am at 387 with NOC 2171. Inorder to receive the NOI, do we have to register ourself in the OINP website ??

To my knowledge, NO. Only after getting NOI then can you register on the OINP e-filing system.

One quick question, when entering the pool it asks how much financial support do i have, do i have to have enough for the oinp NOI, say 12300? or thats a story for later. (hoping to get noi crs :411, noc 2282)

Did you got NOI? When u submitted EOI? i have CRS 396 and NOC 2173.
