dont be deceived, IT in SK is very attractive... a friend in Sk on IT job told me...he is doing very well.

dnt listen to lies people feed you with . not necessary to work in exact IT field u re current in .

just be prepared to work in IT related field that will aid your sk experience .
you will be suprised of your acheivement wen u land. however, be informed and prepared.

I'm glad to know that your friend is doing well. Just a quick question, did your friend have to upgrade his skills (by taking 1-yr/2-yr IT-related diploma or certificate) before he got an IT job or a job he particularly wants? Any idea which specific IT jobs are in-demand at the moment?

I am sure that work using html/css/javascript-angularjs is in great demand in Toronto and Vancouver.

I made this question some time ago, certifications are those related with your experience
for example

Oracle certifications
Java certifications
MS SQL Servers certifications.
.net certifications
software that you manage and so on.

you need to take these exams in your country and get the certifications which are
recognized everywhere.

Some people argue that those certifications are more useful than a master degree,

Yes, I will get a certificate on Front End Web Development from acadgild.com on completion of the course in Feb-2016

I have got SK nomination under SINP and my PR application is currently under In Process stage. My medicals are done. I am waiting for the DM and the PPR.
At this stage I am working towards finding software testing opportunities in SK province. I am currently in india.
Would request you to let me know if you could help me in finding a suitable job in testing. I am currently working with IBM India as a software tester in ETL testing and database testing. I have IT work exp of 10 yrs and over all work exp of 15 yrs.

I am not trying to be rude, html/css/javascript - is garbage!!!!!! They teach this crap in first Computer Science class at university, then every student takes it and throws it in toilet.

May be Python? Pearl? PHP? Java? ASP. NET?

I am realistic.

People do not need develop sites in HTML
