Looking at your posts I can suggest something to you, if I may:
Improve your English (you keep making same mistakes which are not good for someone claiming 0213)
Prepare yourself, take IELTS to show 7+ on each L-R-W-S.
Submit new results to your VO.
(by the way what was IELTS score in your full package?)

Thanks for ur suggestion but not at all welcomed..I initiated this post to discuss on the timelines and problems faced rather than evaluating english let the VO do that. (My score was enought to get me through)

There were other applicants who had enough points but still because of low IELTS they had negative substituted evaluation applied to them. So, don't let VO have any chance.

Why did VO asked me for my unemployed Brother's wife's Tax papers?
I said I'd not go there to live with them, I'd not even eat a single lunch or dinner with them.
I just claimed my bro's points. Nothing more than that. Since then no sound from my VO. I am waiting..............

Excuse me, but claiming point for your brother precisely means that IF you need you WILL ask his ASSISTANCE.
And since he is unemployed (meaning that he himself needs assistance) he may not be able to assist you therefore they may NOT reward you point for him.

no no, I'd not need any assistance from him. I got precious properties in my home country, my parents got 100,000 of $ in savings only for me. They'd send me those to Canada if necessary. CIC has already awarded me the point for my brother but they are silent since I said all of the above. They might call me for an Interview, one of my friends said.

Wait a minute, I cannot find awarding point under adaptability (OP6) for brother's wife (or any siblings for that matter):
12.16. Adaptability
Pursuant to R83, the officer will assess the application and award a maximum of 10 adaptability
points, as follows:
...
d) Relatives in Canada:
Award five points if the applicant or accompanying spouse or common- law partner has a relative (parent, grandparent, child, grandchild, child of a parent, child of a grandparent, or grandchild of a parent) who is residing in Canada and is a Canadian citizen or permanent resident.

My visa office is Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia). I was worried as my VO told me I would get the landing papers "very soon" and it was taking quite some time. But eventually I got them. :D
