Thank you for that critical analysis of my refusal. Indeed i have that mindset from word go, meanwhile no matter number of years experience u have u cannot claim to be good when it comes to accounting and for me to start form master when the rudiments has not been known, I still believe i have chosen right. Like u said there are part of the program I do not know such as accounting or cost accounting and project management. These are novel courses i knew nothing about and that is the level that is good for me to start if i need to move faster. I mention all refusal in the past. I will do as u say to defend the program so as to meet this period intake. If i shld go for other program time is not on my side. Just 61 days to go, i hope i can still do something.meagan99 said:yes, basic problem with your application is that you have chose "1 year" certificate course.
VO got this impression:
you have 12 (huge) years of experience, in 12 years of experience a person will already have the knowledge of what the certificate course will teach. therefore, he reached the decision that OP is not a genuine student.
the reasons of refusal are absolute bull s h i t . for example: travel history (as you have been to UK, on the other hand I didn't have any travel history)
the actual reason is different, these refusal reasons given are general reasons which are put on application if they do not want to give visa. (especially when bunch of reasons are put together then relying on that is not so much of a good idea)
I suggest you to get admission in proper degree program and then apply. if you don't want to get admission in degree program, then make a very strong SOP and mention in it- things which you will learn from that 1 year course which you have not learned from 12 years of experience. (write these lines in bold font) and also in this SOP, contradict these reasons of refusal and attach evidence to back your claim.
you can order CAIPS notes and I am sure that reason would be the one which I feel is. (if you have time)
did you mention UK refusals or any other refusals in application form? if yes, okay. if no, then this is major reason.
IELTS is waived in the school bcos i have spend 4 good years in a higher institutions. The entire cost of my program and boarding is $16300 and i have $21500 as fund. But the fund is now increased to $29,500. I am going for Business Managment Certificate.mead said:What is ur IELTS score? how much funds did u show in bank not FD and not other investment just plain liquid funds in bank? and was you course PG? ur academic scores r a little low but dont seem to be th problem.
well u said 21500 in treasury investments right and not in bank?is it a PG certificate? if not then u need to select a better courseola1974 said:IELTS is waived in the school bcos i have spend 4 good years in a higher institutions. I mean 21500 in the bank account not in treasury bill. No time to apply for PG for now if I am to meet the current intake. I will finish my trial with this intake first for readjusting the program if their action implied that. Like i said some of the program curriculum is good for a starter like me. going advance will be counterproductive. This is calculations related course. Or what do u think.mead said:well u said 21500 in treasury investments right and not in bank?is it a PG certificate? if not then u need to select a better course
why ru collecting rejections? u already have UK rejections. u should first address all the problems before u reapply. ur course not a logical progression,ur past grades r not so strong and u already have rejections on ur record . All these things make ur profile week. u should seriously rethink applying again.ola1974 said:I mean 21500 in the bank account not in treasury bill. Gone through the tread which i also did before applying. So your are suggesting that? I should drop idea of re-applying due to change to the bank balance level, got another promotion and defend the course. Let me have ur candid opinion.
I am not saying drop reapplying i am saying reapply once u get all the things in order,go for a better course , dont know what ur complete fees is for one year but u need 1 year fees +$10000 in ur bank and not FD. i posted the link for proof of funds follow it.mead said:why ru collecting rejections? u already have UK rejections. u should first address all the problems before u reapply. ur course not a logical progression,ur past grades r not so strong and u already have rejections on ur record .
