It is so bad I am refused!!!

The main reason stated is that:

You have not satisfied me that you would leave Canada at the end of your stay.

In reaching this decision, I considered several factors, including:
1. Your travel Hisotry (Whereas i travel to UK in November 2013 may be the number of travel is not enough, but nothing can be done with this for now)
2. Length of proposed stay in Canada (I am given a year study leave for this program so how many year study leave they want from working class)
3. Purpose of visit (This is obvious that it is for study)
4. Your current employment situation (I am an Assistant Manager and Head of a branch of my company, a subsidiary of a leading bank in Nigeria. The company declared in the leave letter to absorb me after the program only if i return at the end of a year given)
5. Your personal assets & financial status (I own 2 houses and 1 landed properties but jointly owned with my spouse, how can I own property alone, I attached Fixed Deposit of $33,800, treasury investment of $21,620, investment in 3 insurance company worth $10,000 and the company in their leave letter will pay monthly allowance of $810 for the period of leave. All these attached)

your profile is good enough .. In Pakistan, students do not apply in college and specially in diploma because majority college (PGD or certificates) applicants got rejected straightaway . . it is my brotherly advice, I believe you should go for good reputed public university and for degree course like bachelors or masters.
are u Nigerian or Pakistani ? What Nationality do u have?

These people just give general reasons for refusal . Your travel history is not bad, you came back from UK , so how can they say that you won't return from Canada ? So its a baseless point.

They just want to refuse and for that they give some reasons, other than that don't think much ..Apply again with a strong SOP.

Try to make financial papers stronger, maybe a GIC can help a bit.

I am a Nigerian. The problem is that for master u will need degree. Lakehead University refuse me admission but offer me MBA but too costly to run for self sponsorship. I just finish degree program in psychology but the result will be ready by November. I think i just need to push for this course bcos I am a management staff and i need just business related fundamental knowledge that is why i do not want bigger program. VO too know this but only trying to play smart. For now I have 2 things that change about me. I got more fund as a result of promotion that came during the process of my application. good enough they are two reason for refusal. Let me still make a trial first.

Just spend 3 weeks on visit and my visa expire 3 months after returning from the trip. so u can see that i do not overstay.

SOP is not requested in our region, but questionnaire structure in form of SOP is used to extract such information. So i did state reasons for that in the questionnaire. It is 8 pages questionnaire.

Exactly what I am thinking. You see I am used to refusal bcos UK too gave me 2 refusal before given on 3rd time. I am getting set but will only need some advice before doing that. At least i have 61 days today before my prgram will start. Thanks bro.

The only thing I can tell you is that don't lie in your application in anyway. I am sure you will get the visa. You are not any terrorists, you just want to live a normal life. So be cool , everything will be alright.

Thank you for the consolation. Mind u i tried to be evasive on my FSW refusal in 2010 but they got the UCI for i tried to hide for them. I only told them in my application that my mail was hack and i lost the letter of FSW refusal in 2010. Thank God i made mention of it. So i am still retaining the UCI.

Thank you Dr. I will at least for the support we been sharing. I will keep u posted as I am still trying analysing the refusal for possible clue for pitfall on my side so that i can tidy up. Though I have not seen any. Like i said I got promotion in between the processing time, it is good for my SOP.
