It is quite impossible to get an ita with 416 points in 2015, any hope in 2016 ?

Decent chance is 450+

400+ is not enough. I have 415 and even do not hope that CRS will fall to this level. Apply for PN and retake IELTS

thanks, I confused about my future days, I can improve my score up to 451 If I complete MS, but it will take 1-1.4 years, that's why I could not able to made a decision that should I go for further study outside canada or not.

You could wait and see, or try and get a job offer or PN. Federal elections are happening this year, if NDP or Liberal party wins, they would change the way Express Entry works most likely, so stay tuned.

Although hard to predict (knowing many unknown factors playing in the background too), it is likely that the EE process might see some change after the elections. Or, it is also likely that the current government makes a U-turn just before the elections ( this is a trend seen in elections all over the world). Again, these are just speculations.

With the number of invites given so far and the taking into account the accompanying spouses/children, the various backlogs..looks like the CRS may drop below the 453 mark sometime later this year. We can only hope, it works in our favor!

I appreciate ur thought.Giving access permission completely depends on canadian authorities.Although oil price is decreasing rapidly which has immense impact on canadian economy.Waiting for settle up may be an unpleasant thing, but we can wait for our future whether it takes years to get access permission.
