That is not the way it works. You are being scammed. You need an approved LMIA from a Canadian employer to apply for a closed work permit. You are not eligible for an open work permit.

They are using my business address and a fake email and website. At the moment we have been able to take down two clones of their website, with a .com and a .org. I hope you did not pay them anything.
