I hope you realize that even if successful here in responding to IRCC, you will not be eligible to sponsor your new spouse for PR until 5 years after you yourself landed as PR.

If they find that there was misrepresentation on your part, they can certainly revoke your Permenent residence and issue a removal order. You need to take this seriously and retain the services of a good immigration lawyer familiar with misrepresentation as soon as possible, if you haven't already.

there she divorced me on nov 22 2016. i remarried on jan 3 2017.

How on earth did you get divorced, and then re-married again just 6 weeks later?? How did you know your new wife and what was the reason for getting married to her?

I was in deep depression because of the divorce and my second wife is my classfellow from my bachelors. She knew all about my problems in my first marriage and divorce. She was studying in uk and was coming to Pakistan only for a month. our families knew each other so they arranged the marriage.

there is not even 0.1% misrepresentation from my side in this case. i tried alot to save my first marriage.
the divorce proceedings took 3 months in which i tried alot to convince her to reconcile but she didnt agreed.

Not sure where you are with this. But cic likely to be more sympathetic to your wife. You will have to show legal documents showing who divorced who.

Wouldn't you have documentation proving that your ex-wife divorced YOU and not the other way around?
