There is no issue here. In fact, it gives more credibility to an actual direct access to the funds given that the loan has been liquidated into your savings account.

For more credibility, the institution that granted the loan should issue/write a letter stating every important details about the loans, recipient's details, institution's details etc addressed directly to the Canadian embassy and authenticated.

As long as there is a loan letter by/from the financial institution stating the purpose of the loan being a student loan,(as no financial institution would want to give out funds without been acquainted with the purpose of such loan) and other relevant details that provides authenticated clarity.

BTW it "won't/might" not be sagely of a loan for other purpose other than studies be use for such study permit purpose(the VO won't be convinced that you can offset the cost of such foreign education, amassing to other reasons of insufficient funds and not being a genuine student) because in the area of providing evidence for either the lump sum deposited after being liquidated or to show source of the funds, the letter from the loan institution then stand as a tangible evidence which such purpose of it being a student loan "won't/might" not show/reflect such acual details if its a personal loan.

FYI: if you is using a personal loan for studies, make sure you show enough convincing evidence on such significance and reasonable tangible means on how to repay it after the completion of your studies.

NB: There are many applicants who have used personal loans for studies successfully, just be uniquely constructive with convincing the VO
