ISTRV REQUIRED ALONG ITH OPEN WORK PERMITAPPLICATION

Am in Canada on open workpermit status , doing job in some private company it comes under NOC B CATEGORY.I got married recently, I found some information through websites that we can apply for open work permit to spouse if we have valid workpermit.
I am goin to apply for work permit , i have to fill "Application for Work Permit Made Outside Canada [IMM 1295]" and do I need to enclose
"Schedule 1 – Application for a Temporary Resident Visa Made Outside Canada also . in what case i need to submit Temporary Resident Visa IMM 5257 application ..
Is my bank statement is enough or DO i need to show any bank statement and other proof of ties to india?

You are only eligible to apply for the OWP as the spouse of a Canadian if you also apply for the In Canada Class spousal sponsorship at the same time. You do not apply outside of Canada for this. In fact, you must be residing IN Canada with your spouse to be eligible.
